At Livingston Animal & Avian Hospital, we are dedicated to providing compassionate care for all animals. Our clinic is owned and operated by Dr. Suzanne V. Topor, since 1992. Dr Topor graduated from the University of Illinois with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1982. She always had a profound interest in birds and dedicated her life to specialize in Avian medicine. Dr Topor was one of the first to become a diplomat, American Board of Veterinary Practitioners Certified in Avian Practice, in 1994. She is a member of the Association of Avian Veterinarians, advocating and promoting avian health, welfare and conservation through education, advocacy and science. Dr Topor is also a member of AVMA, the American Veterinary Medical Association, with over 40 years of membership.
